up close (and pers0nal...hehe) with the 15 wind turbines in iLocos Norte...the only one in the Philippines...the first in southeast asia!!!
sand here was REALLY REALLY hot that i had to run to the waters to cool them off...should have worn my sneakers instead of slippers...tsktsk
